8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Konsultant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or information
• Loss of business opportunities
• Costs of substitute services
• Emotional distress or disappointment

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Konsultant and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Confidentiality

We maintain the confidentiality of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree to keep confidential any proprietary information or strategies we share with you during the consulting process.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:
